Sparks of inspiration for writing your new eBook can be found just about anywhere. Draw from everything around you - ideas can be found anywhere. A successful writer is a productive writer, one who can generate ideas from everything around him. Keep your writing in mind wherever you go, and you will be amazed at how the ideas come out of the woodwork in everything you do.

First, your own personal experiences, even the most mundane, can become the subject of a best-selling eBook. Your personal errands and other activities may take you to places other people may want to hear about. They may lead to fascinating experiences, even during waiting in line at the supermarket.

You never know when an event you are experiencing, no matter how insignificant it may seem at the time, will be the one thing you can draw upon to break your writers block. Always keep a journal handy for jotting these moments down.

3. READ! Writers are readers. Reading is not only for researching and entertaining, it can jumpstart your own creative juices and spark new ideas that you can develop into your next eBook. Books, magazines, newspapers and even billboards can provide that spark which becomes your next great idea.

Speak with people. Speaking with others can expand your mind to ideas for themes, characters and their conversations. Treat each day as another chance to meet a new person with different life experiences that can enrich the life experience from which you write.

5. Surf the Net! Not only is net surfing more than entertaining, but it is a fantastic way to generate new ideas for your writing. The Internet can take you anywhere you want to go without ever packing a suitcase or leaving your home.

6. Keep a notebook. Maintaining a notebook of your ideas is an excellent way to avoid loosing that gem of an idea for which you have not yet found a home. Some writers have said that they would be lost without their notebooks and write in them everyday without fail.
